Location and Map
Bocas del Toro is one of the favorite destinations among Panamanians and visitors. It is Just a 45-minute flight from Panama City. You can also take a marine taxi in Almirante ($6 - 30 minutes) that departs each half hour from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or a Ferry to Bocas del Toro (Colon Island) lasting 2 hours. The ferry boat Almirante/Bocas del Toro only runs Tuesdays to Sundays, leaving Almirante at 7:00 am and Bocas del Toro at 03:00 pm.
