Start in Casco Viejo Panama and visit the San Jose Church with its golden altar, the bovedas (jail of the Spanish era), the Cathedral and the National Theater among other sites. and the Presidential Palace. Then continue to the Old Panama Ruins founded in 1519 by the Spaniards and destroyed in 1671 by English Pirate Henry Morgan. Visit the art craft building followed by a typical lunch. In the afternoon, you will visit the Miraflores locks at the Pacific side of the Canal and the Museum.
